SDCC17: Warner Bros. Animation Announced Three New DC Animated Feature Films

Warner Bros. Animation has revealed today at San Diego Comic Con their plans for three upcoming films to take place in the DC Animated Universe and one of them will be a two-parter! The first to come out of the studio will be a Batman film followed by a new rendition of the Death and Rebirth of Superman (split into two films). Fans may recall that DC Animated and Warner Bros. already tackled the Death of Superman in their 2007 adaptation, Superman: Doomsday, but left a lot out given the 75-minute limitation of the medium. Now, that story will be told in its entirety as two separate films.
